Eminence of Death is the eighth work in my Tabernacle of Memories series, aligned with the suit of Pentacles in tarot. Centred on concentric circles and a butterfly, it explores growth, impermanence, and the shadow of death, set against symbols of survival, sacrifice, and release. By letting go of childhood relics and heirlooms, the piece becomes both offering and reminder: we cannot take coins with us when we die – we can only shine, give, and reinvent.
